The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the impugned proceedings by contending that construction of the bus-shelter, opposite to the petitioner's house, causes great hindrance.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing this Writ Petition, the very proposal itself was dropped and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader based on instructions also submitted that the respondents have dropped the proposal of erection of bus-shelter, opposite to the petitioner's house.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
