Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the panel of Sub-Treasury Officer / Superintendents for the year 2012-2013 and promote and post the petitioner as Sub Treasury Officer / Superintendent with all service and monetary benefits from the date when it was due to the petitioner.

However, if any grievance exists, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
