ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non Bailable Warrant which is issued by the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.728 of 2023 dated 09.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai through order dated 09.05.2024 issued non bailable warrant against the third respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent for execution but the warrant was not executed by the second respondent, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have received the Non Bailable Warrant from the trial Court and if the Court issue Non Bailable Warrant they will execute the same immediately without any delay. 2/4

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the third respondent on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai without any delay.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
