ORDER
A case has been registered against the petitioner for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC in crime No.4/2012, dated 29.07.2012. As the petitioner did not appear during investigation, a look out circular was issued against him on 24.07.2014. 2.A detailed trial was conducted in C.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram. By judgment dated 17.09.2014, the petitioner was acquitted all the charges levelled. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a representation on 30.12.2014 to remove the look out circular issued against him on 24.07.2014. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.This Court finds considerable force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4.The look out circular was issued pending trial on the ground that the petitioner is not co-operating and making his presence. Thereafter, he was acquitted in pursuant to the trial conducted on 17.09.2014. Hence, there is no necessity to keep the look out circular in force. The object of the said circular has been achieved. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow the writ petition. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed by directing the respondent to revoke the look out circular dated 24.07.2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
