Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.A School dedicated to the welfare of the Narikuravan Community was established in the year 1978. The writ petitioner society was the educational agency. It appears that due to certain issues, the school came under direct payment system. Hence, the petitioner filed a representation dated 23.01.2015, seeking certain reliefs.

3.During the pendency of the writ petition, the Secretary, Thiru.Mahendran passed away and Thiru.Arunkumar has been substituted in his place. The prayer made in this writ petition is that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner should be considered by the first respondent.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader stated that if the petitioner submits the documents sought for, the relief will be granted to the writ petitioner.

5.This Court therefore, directs the first respondent to send a communication to the writ petitioner with regard to the documents required by the department. Upon furnishing the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner will be granted. In any event, the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2015 shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
