Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in proceedings No.1481/E3/2015 dated 14.03.2015 and consequential promotion and appointment order in proceedings No.1481/E3/2015-1 dated 16.03.2015 of the respondent No.2 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's pay in the scale of pay meant for the selection grade Electrician with subsequent monetary benefits with interest.
