ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 74 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police station.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.74 of 2025 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. The first respondent has filed a final report and as per FIR, there are some allegation to constitute the offence and hence, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the first respondent in Crime No.74 of 2025 in the manner known to law. 21.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk To:
