This petition is filed in the year 2016, the petitioner has come forward against the order passed by the learned Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.56 of 2012 dated 17.07.2014, the respondent filed this petition for maintenance from the petitioner herein. The Family Court has ordered Rs.1,500/- per month as maintenance to the first petitioner herein and Rs.1,000/- per month to each of the second and third petitioners from January - 2013 onwards. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent reported that the petitioner did not pay maintenance even for a single month and he is working in E.S.I. Hospital.

4.From the date of filing there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.04.2018 and 16.04.2018 there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even today (25.04.2018) there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on the side of the petitioner. 5.In the circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution at the stage of admission. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
