This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.3321 of 2025 has not been complied with.

2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submits that as against the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.3321 of 2025, the Department has filed a writ appeal with delay and a Division Bench of this Court has ordered notice in the condone delay petition. 2/4

3. In view of the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to enter appearance in the condone delay petition.
