The Writ Petitions have been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.138/2A, 2B, 2C and 2D to an extent of 8.90 acres situated at Periyapattinam Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.138/2A, 2B, 2C and 2D, to an extent of 8.90 acres, situated at Periyapattinam Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2015, after giving notice to the parties concerned, specifically, the adjacent land owners, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
