ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant approval for the construction put up by the petitioner in the subject property based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 22.06.2021.
2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that Section 200 of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920, itself provides for thirty days time for considering the application seeking for approval. Therefore, the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time prescribed under the Act.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the specific stand taken by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
