ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2018 and investigate and proceed with the same as per law within time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.181 of 2018 under Section 336 IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
