ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue a direction to the second respondent 1/4

police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.127 of 2022 on the file of second respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of non filing of the Final Report, the petitioner is not in a position to get the benefit of death of her husband.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they are awaiting to receive VISCERA report.

4. The second respondent is directed to receive the above said VISCERA report and file the Final Report within one month from today.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
