O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint that was given by one Tamilarasan, proceeding under Sections 160 and 91 of Cr.P.C has been initiated against the petitioner, for which only, the summon was issued to the petitioner, except that, there is no harassment to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to receive the above said summon and appear before the concerned authority. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble is arisen to the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
