ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.11.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.25057 of 2022.

2.In view of the subsequent writ petitions filed by the encroachers, the respondent was not in a position to complete the enforcement actions. However, since other writ petitions have also been disposed of, now there is no impediment for the authorities to conclude the enforcement actions and remove the encroachments from the road margin poramboke.

3.With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
