Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.B.SUNDHARESHWAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8005 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sattur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sattur daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
