ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and to follow the due process of law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already two previous cases are pending as against the petitioner, which are similar in nature.

3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
