This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking Police protection.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the parties were called for enquiry by the respondent Police and after enquiry, the parties were directed to redress their grievance in the pending Second Appeal before this Court in S.A.(MD)No.984 of 2008. The compliant given by the petitioner was also closed.
