ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondent Police and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
