PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.359 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 30.05.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.359 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7780 of 2021 was dismissed on 15.06.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.
