Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in the Oorani comprised in survy No. 145/ 6 to the extent of 1.78.0 hectare situated at Virudhapatti village, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioners representation dated 20.02.2014.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner seeks for removal of encroachment alleged to have been made by the fourth respondent in the Oorani comprised in Survey No.145/ 6 to the extent of 1.78.0 hectare, situated at Virudhapatti village, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.Mr.K.S.Sankarmurali, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the fourth respondent has filed a suit against the present petitioner and the same ended in his favour. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.We find that there appears to be some personal dispute between the petitioner and fourth respondent. We find no cause to entertain this writ petition in public interest. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
