No.78/2013. sale deed, dated 11.10.2013, in Doc No.3872/2013, and sale deed, dated 12.05.2014, in Doc. No.1697/2014, sale deed, dated 02.08.2023, in Doc. No.4016/2023, Sale deed, dated 08.12.2023, in Doc.No.6287/2023, sale deed, dated

13.02.2025, in Document No.607/2025 and 608/2025 and to recommend to launch criminal prosecution if fraud is proved and to direct the concerned 2nd respondent herein to make necessary endorsement by way of note of annulment in the register, by considering the petition, dated 24.02.2025. ORDER

Mr.Thirunavukkarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition, with liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil court to challenge the sale deeds that have been executed on 10.01.2013, 11.10.2013, 12.05.2014, 02.08.2023, 08.12.2023 and 13.02.2025.

2. Permission is granted and this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. No costs. 15.04.2025 NCC :
