Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 23.03.2015 to give adequate Police Protection to the life and set them liberty to the petitioners husband and family members.

ORDER
The petitioner is said to be the wife of one Vijay Anand. It is the case of the petitioner that both of them married at the temple on 21.03.2015 in spite of the objection from both the families. 2.Thus, the petitioner gave a detailed representation on 23.03.2015 to the respondents seeking police protection. As it was not given, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the pending representation would be considered and on enquiry, if it is found that the petitioner is duly married Vijay Anand, proper action will be taken.
4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
