It is the specific case of the petitioner is that he is one of the depositors of the fourth respondent against whom legal action has already been taken. Therefore, seeking to include his name one of the depositors of the fourth respondent company, the petitioner made a representation on 11.03.2015. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 11.03.2015 and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2015 and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the third respondent within two weeks with all relevant documents in support of his case. No costs.
