The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 20.3.2023 to survey the lands in various sub-divisions of S.Nos.166, 167 and 168 situated in Porupanenthal Village, Krundhani Variyanenthal Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District and for consequential direction to the second respondent to issue revised patta in respect of the above survey numbers after conducting proper enquiry 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.A perusal of the representation submitted by the Petitioner before the respondents, dated 20.3.2023 would establish that the Petitioner has not specifically mentioned his interest over the subject property. The allegations in the representation are vague.The Petitioner has not claimed any specific relief in his representation. Hence this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as sought for by the Petitioner.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dimissed. However, 3/6

the dismissal of the Writ Petition will not stand in the way of the Petitioner in submitting a fresh representation specifically mentioning the interest over the subject property with specific relief. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
