This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.182 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. 2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.182 of 2017 is hereby quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
