Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to adjust the amount already paid in the above education loan account No.114700460100053 on the 3rd respondent's Bank towards the principal head only and to fix EMI after the moratorium period by calculating the interest as per the central scheme for interest subsidy scheme and by claiming the interest subsidy from the Government of India.
