RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an ORDER OF MODIFICATION, to modify the condition made in the order dt 11/05/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8926 of 2022, whereby the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, to that effect that to report before the learned Judicial magistrate Court, Melur daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK M S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8926 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
