ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The grievance of the petitioner is that since the proposed TASMAC shop is going to be situated in the prohibited place in his village, he made a representation to the District Collector on 27.08.2018 to give up the proposals. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said representation would be directed to be considered.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
