This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and the workers pursuant to the 2nd respondent on behalf of the petitioner dated 20.03.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed.
