PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 04.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 147,148,341,294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The second petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6579 of 2021 was dismissed on 18.06.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.
