ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw 50% of the award amount with entire accrued interest and cost to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.443 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal District Court, Pudukottai in C.M.A.(MD)No.258 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/appellant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/appellant would submit that they are not having any objections to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioners/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount that came to be deposited by the respondent/ appellant before the Tribunal on filing necessary application before the Tribunal.
