Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2.All that the petitioner wants is conclusion of the petition mentioned enquiry.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry has already been concluded.

4.Taking note of the said submission, I direct the first respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
