2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his Life Certificate was forged by the accused. Over which he has sent a representation to take action to recover the same. Even though the above said representation was made on 30.01.2023, it appears that so far no action has been taken by the Investigating Officer. It is seen that no statement of the complainant has been recorded so far.

3.Let the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police/Investigating Officer and give his statement on 08.05.2023. So that the Investigating Officer can undertake his investigation in that direction.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
