This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to initiate an appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2014 and issue a suitable direction to the second respondent and other police officials not to take coercive steps to insist the petitioner to hand over the vehicle Indica Car bearing Registration No.TN 22CJ 0434 without settling the amount.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the respondents are noway connected with the above case and they got instructions that the vehicle has been seized by the Poonamallee Police, Kancheepuram District.

3. In the above said circumstances, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
