: Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to grant a direction to the respondent Police to include the name of one, Aysha Banu and the Buhari @ Habibur Rahman as accused and include Section 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Women from Harassment Act in the FIR in Cr.No.1766 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been seeking direction to the respondent Police to include name of some persons in the First Information Report, registered by the respondent Police in Crime No.1766 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the Police has investigated the case and in the course of investigation, if any materials obtained against any person, the respondent Police will take appropriate action, to add them as accused.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner has to wait till the filing of the final report by the respondent Police and this Court cannot interfere with the investigation at this stage.
