ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in so far as the Paragraph No. 6 condition No. (b) as the petitioner shall before before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 561 of 2026, dated 11.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the averments stated by the petitioner in the petition and nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner alone to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 06.30p.m., for a period of two weeks instead of 10.30a.m. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
