Meenachi Chettiar and Sons Trust Comprising in Old No. 950 and New Survey No. 1643/25, consisting of 9.07 cents situated at Sankaralingapuram Post, Virudhunagar District, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2020, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner as Founder of the registered Trust, "M/s. Meenachi Chettiar and Sons Trust" in old S.No. 950 and new S.No.1643/25, situated at Sankaralingapuram Post, Virudhunagar District.
2.According to the petitioner, with the relief sought for in the prayer, though he made a representation dated 01.08.2020 to the respondents, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on verification of the revenue records, it is seen that the petition mentioned property has been classified as "ru;f;fhh; nghwk;Nghf;F rJu fpzW." and that therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. He would further submit that if the petitioner is being aggrieved by the aforesaid classification, he can approach the District Revenue Officer concerned for reclassification of the aforesaid land.
4.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested this Court that liberty may given to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the District Revenue Officer concerned for reclassification of the aforesaid land. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction with such liberty:- the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders by taking note of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is pending;
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
