************* When this Court expressed its intention to dismiss the writ petition on the ground that there is an appeal remedy under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, the learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the appeal remedy in terms of the Statutory Provision.
2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the appeal remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
