Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Hon'ble Court to punish the respondents/ Contemnors for willful disobedience to the orders of this honourable court dated 15.03.2017 in W.P. (MD). No. 13507 of 2013 and punish respondents for contempt.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorafified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20250/V1/E3/2013, dated 17.7.2013 quash the same as illegal and consequentially direction to regularize the services of the petitioner as full time vocational instructor on par with her juniors, by upgrading the petitioner's pay scale from consolidated pay to that of vocational instructors Grade II i.e, Secondary Grade Teacher Scale of Pay and then to that of full time Scale of pay i.e, to voational instructors Grade-I i.e, B.T.Assistant Scale of pay.

SUB.A(MD)No.147 of 2021 2.The petitioner claimed that the benefits were granted prospectively and not on par with his juniors and sought liberty to challenge that order. Hence, the Sub Application is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 07.10.2021.
