O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner, which is subject matter of the property involved in civil dispute in Survey No.286/2C situated at No.181/1,Old Silukkuvarpatty, Silukkuvarpatty, Dindigul.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner attempted to plant the survey stone in the middle of the public road and the said statement is admitted by the police and the general public.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner produced certain photographs, which clearly show that a survey stone was planted in the middle of the public road and the same was removed, because the public were affected by the said act.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.9467 of 2022 4.Considering the above, if there is any dispute with regard to the property, between the petitioner and one Ragunatha Pandian, both are directed to approach the Civil forum.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition stands closed.
