2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent informs this Court that the impugned tender notification has been withdrawn.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. This writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
