ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in connection with Crime No.180/2016 on the file of the 1st Respondent police station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and have sent the final report for opinion.

3.This Court does not want to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
