ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 26.04.2022 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.55 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Act 14 of 1982 has been invoked against the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
