The petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the second respondent as proposed contemnor in Cont.P(MD)No.729 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Sub Application is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. After making amendment, notice is ordered to the newly impleaded respondent returnable by 25.11.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

4.Post the matter on 25.11.2025.
