This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to issue patta based on the sale deed dated 12.09.2019 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, along with his wife, had purchased the property in Survey Nos. 636/25 and 636/26 through a sale deed dated 12.09.2019, registered as Document No. 4633, from Natarajan and Jeyakodi. He further submitted that the petitioner obtained mutation of patta in the year 2023 based on the said sale deed. Accordingly, the revenue records for Survey No. 636/25 were mutated and Patta No. 2688 was issued. However, with regard to Survey No. 636/26, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner seeks issuance of patta for Survey No. 636/26 based on the said sale deed.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
