O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.85 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli on 22.076.2021. But so far it was not taken on file.

3. Since final report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is so aggrieved by the final report. The petitioner is also permitted to get a copy of the final report from the Office of the Public Prosecutor. Since final report has been filed, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
