Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M/S.SUNDARAPANDIAN S S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17780 of 2021, dated 29.03.2022 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.6182 of 2022 effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
