This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner notionally as Executive Officer (Selection Grade) from the date of promotion of his juniors in proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 17.06.2017 and in the light of proposal forwarded by the 2nd respondent by his proceedings, dated 23.05.2022 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.09.2022, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner based on the 2/4

representation, dated 21.09.2022 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
