ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.A. (MD) No.56 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that he will report before the trial Court twice daily on all working days at 10.30 AM on 5.00 PM. This condition is now sought to be relaxed by way of filling the present petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitoner was complying with the condition from 13.02.2026.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side and taking note of the medical grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court to the effect that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court once in 15 days at 10.30 AM until further orders.
